What an Asyncwork model is
An Asyncwork model is built from one expert’s methodology and nothing else. It learns from the expert’s work, and the experience that they’ve built over a career. It is not the whole internet with a friendly voice. Today it draws on the Advisor’s curated knowledge, so it drafts the way they would. Fine-tuned advisor models are next; the first is in progress now.
How it learns to think like the expert
Expertise isn’t captured as a one-time upload. It’s an ongoing conversation. We guide experts through real decisions, uncovering the reasoning behind how they work. Today the model drafts from the expert’s materials and past work. Every review and correction helps train the fine-tuned model that comes next.
How we keep the model aligned with the expert
A model is only worth building if it stays true to the expert. We regularly compare the model’s output with the expert’s own standards and refine it whenever it starts to diverge. The model handles the routine work so the Advisor can focus on the decisions that matter most.
How ownership works
