1 · Encode
We guide you through capturing your expertise, turning it into both a structured client program and an Advisor model that reflects how you work.
The model helps you build the program, structuring your knowledge into modules and actions. Once launched, it helps review client responses and prepare guidance using your approach.
You review and refine the model’s drafts until it reflects how you work. No code, no prompt engineering. The technical work is ours.
2 · Deliver
Package your expertise into structured programs or one-to-one advisory. Set your own pricing and availability, while clients access your expertise on demand.
Programs go beyond teaching. They guide clients through actions, collect their input and produce personalized outputs: their plan, policy, framework, etc. For decisions that need your judgment, you step in personally.
3 · Earn and own
You earn while the model works, keeping 88% of program and advisory revenue. As your Advisor model learns your approach, it can handle more routine guidance while you focus on the decisions that require your judgment.
Your clients, audience and expertise remain yours. If you leave Asyncwork, your model and work go with you.
What your model is, and what you own.
Your Advisor model is a portable representation of your expertise: your programs, your materials, and the knowledge and judgment you have built over years.
It helps you create programs, deliver personalized guidance and review client inputs using your approach. All of this can be continually improved over time.
Your expertise stays yours. If you leave Asyncwork, you can export your model, your materials and your configuration and take them with you.
Technical details
Your export bundle includes your uploaded materials, configuration and model-specific adaptations. Because the underlying models use open weights and permissive licensing, your expertise is not locked into Asyncwork.
Programs are not static courses. Every program can include interactive elements clients work through, and every program ends with your model drafting a personalized output from the client’s answers. The client meets your judgment, and your approach, before they ever meet you.

Do you train AI on my content?
Only your own model. Your content never trains anyone else’s model: the contract forbids it and the architecture prevents it.
Do I need to be technical, or build the AI myself?
No. You work in a plain interface; the technical work is ours. You focus on your expertise.
How is this different from an online course?
A course sells your knowledge once and strips you out of it. An Advisor program extends it. Your expertise can guide clients through interactive challenges, review their responses and provide personalized outputs while you remain in control of the important decisions.
You own the model and the expertise behind it, rather than creating content that sits on someone else’s platform.
What does Asyncwork take?
The platform takes 12%. You keep 88% of program and advisory revenue.
Where do clients come from?
Growth comes from two sources: Advisors bringing their own audiences, and marketplace discovery as the network grows. Each new Advisor expands the expertise available to clients and increases the potential audience for every other Advisor. Asyncwork also drives platform-level demand through marketing and distribution.
Who owns the client relationship?
You do. Your clients stay yours. We don’t share them.
What if I leave?
You take your data and your model; we prepare the export bundle. The process is specified in your Advisor Agreement.
What’s in the Advisor Agreement?
In plain terms: you own your model, your uploads and your client relationships; your content never trains anyone else’s model; the platform takes 12%; your export rights when you leave are specified; and our intent to offer equity to the earliest Advisors is documented in the agreement. The full agreement is provided when you apply to become an Advisor.
